Microsoft Consultants operate in one or more of the following areas:

 

Project Delivery:

The deployment of leading-edge technologies, operating as a specialist in the development, testing, user experience, project management, and business analysis areas. Involved in “proof of concept” engagements lasting a few weeks, or large-scale solutions lasting several months or longer.

Technology Consulting:

The provision of a product-specific, technical focus offering advice, guidance, and troubleshooting. The leadership and management of architectural design sessions for customer engagements.

Strategy Consulting:

Acting as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Utilizing industry knowledge, producing appropriate customer business solutions. Providing technical road maps to advise on the use and deployment of Microsoft® technologies.
