Microsoft Voted Best in Ireland

Microsoft has been voted “Best Large Company” to work for in Ireland for the fourth year in a row. The Great Place to Work organization’s list, which bills itself as “Ireland’s most comprehensive study of workplace culture”, highlights organizations that “create and maintain an environment of trust in the workplace”. Google ranked second.

The awards keep coming for Microsoft!  Microsoft North Carolina was recently presented with the Educational Leadership of the Year award by the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA).  The NCTA awards are the most prestigious technology awards in the state of North Carolina and Microsoft beat out some stiff competition in Google, SAS and EMC to win this award.

Congratulations to everyone at Microsoft North Carolina!

Microsoft’s Past NCTA awards include:

  • 2009- Corporate Citizenship of the Year
  • 2008- Large Company of the Year
  • 2007- Corporate Citizenship of the Year

Taking Home the Awards in 2011

It’s award season! Major League Baseball players are taking home the hardware for the “Golden Glove” and “Triple Crown” and last week Microsoft won a couple of awards of its own.  Microsoft was recently recognized for being the World’s Best Global Company to Work For AND the Best Large Company to Work for in the Red River Valley.

Congratulations to all of our employees and leaders for making this happen.

These are two GREAT awards and are a reflection of the passion we all share to work for such a fantastic company!
